FRFF Grantee | The Studio for Creative Inquiry /March 29, 2024 by Heidi Wiren Kebe

In March 2024 we received generous support from the Frank-Ratchye Further Fund (FRFF): an endowment to encourage the creation of innovative artworks by the faculty, students and staff of Carnegie Mellon University. .

This funding will support our upcoming travel, performances, and film screenings in Dakar, Senegal in May 2024.

“They laid a foundation interconnecting violence and names, materials and memorials, being site-responsive and current event responsive. The connections have been made, and I am curious to see how they will unfold.”

We were honored to receive a USArtists International Grant for our participation in the In/Out Festival in Burkina Faso in February 2021. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we shifted our project to Philadelphia where we partnered with The Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education for our piece UNLOCK.

With Gratitude.
